Slow-fermented dough. Single-origin chocolate. Butter that costs more than it should. We bake fewer cookies so each one carries the weight of the last forty-eight hours — and the memory of the next.

A single baker. A hundred small decisions. One perfect cookie.
Maison Doré began in a small home kitchen in Ontario, when Jaskaran Singh — a self-taught baker with an obsession for texture — decided the world had enough good cookies, and not nearly enough unforgettable ones.
Today, every cookie is still shaped by his hands. Doughs are rested for 48 hours, chocolate is broken (never chipped), and nothing leaves the kitchen unless he would gladly serve it to his own family.
"I don't bake for scale. I bake for the first bite." — Jaskaran
